Hosting
30 day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with the hosting.

Development
10 business days to report bugs that will be fixed for no additional fees. After that period normal development fees apply.

Class
Class fee is non-refundable. However if you are unable to attend the class it is transferrable to another person in your organization or 8 hours phone or training support.
